I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Board Certified Diplomate with over a decade of experience in hospital, community, and private practice settings.
I founded and lead a private psychotherapy practice serving adults who are navigating complexity in their work, relationships, identities, and responsibilities. I also provide clinical supervision and professional consultation.
Across roles, my work is guided by clarity, ethical responsibility, and respect for people’s capacity for thoughtful change.

My clinical background includes high-acuity hospital work, community mental health, and long-term private practice. This experience has provided a strong foundation in assessment, risk management, and sustained therapeutic work.
In addition to psychotherapy, I have long been involved in teaching, supervision, and professional development. These roles continue to shape my emphasis on judgment, accountability, and professional integrity.
I hold a BA in Psychology and an MSW with a mental health concentration from the University of Washington.
I understand therapy as a serious, collaborative endeavor.
It is not about quick fixes.
It is not about rehearsed optimism.
It is not about endlessly revisiting the past without direction.
It is about learning to think more clearly, relate more honestly, and act with greater intention.

I bring curiosity, steadiness, humor and respect to this work. I value careful reasoning, thoughtful conversation, and genuine human connection. If you are interested in working seriously and reflectively, I would be glad to speak with you.
