A strong therapeutic relationship relies on appropriate clinical fit, level of care, and treatment setting. My practice is designed to serve adults who can consistently engage in reflective, outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth.
I work independently and offer services exclusively online. Consequently, there are concerns and circumstances for which I may not be the most suitable provider.
In those cases, I am committed to discussing options openly and assisting with referrals when possible.
As an independent practitioner, I cannot provide case management, in-home services, or coordinated wraparound care. I do not provide crisis services, emergency care, or 24-hour availability.
When needs fall outside the scope of my practice, I will work to support access to appropriate care.

My practice is generally not well-suited for individuals:
- In need of intensive, coordinated, or multidisciplinary treatment
- Experiencing ongoing crises requiring frequent monitoring
- Living with untreated psychotic disorders
- Managing active substance use that interferes with treatment
- Seeking forensic or court-related evaluations
- Primarily seeking documentation rather than therapy
- Unable to participate reliably in scheduled sessions.
I bring curiosity, steadiness, and respect to this work. I value careful reasoning, thoughtful conversation, and genuine human connection. If you are interested in working seriously and reflectively, I would be glad to speak with you.
